Computer software purchased through the Cosmi.Com website is not returnable. In the event a product purchased from Cosmi.Com proves to be defective, Cosmi must be notified of the defect through the customer service form on this website no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. The defective product will be exchanged for the exact same item only.
